ACH automatic withdraw from a checking or savings account is free of charge and has a $2/mo discount off the base rate. It will take effect on the next printed bill. Any outstanding bill must be paid normally.

Ready to connect to the water system? Download the application for service here. Please call the office at 717-369-2828 to confirm service availability and tap fee prior to completing application. Application and payment must be submitted together at the office. Allow approximately 3 weeks for service installation.
